Looked at in more detail, the Pro Skid adopts the same frame and the same runners as the Skid, but with a difference above all regarding the different uses of a transport chair in respect to those of an evacuation chair. In fact, a variation of the structure and of the weight distribution can be associated to the application of convenient posterior handles which make it possible to use the Pro Skid also uphill.
The technical solution adopted for this model confers elevated professionalism expressed by emergency rescue workers and sanitary workers who, apart from now having an easy method for downstair transport, appreciate the having thepossibility also for upstair transport.
